Hi! We would like to request for the daily census reports and cases of patients of the following private hospitals in Iloilo City from November 1, 2023 - January 31, 2024:

1.	Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital
2.	Iloilo Mission Hospital
3.	Medicus Medical Center
4.	Metro Iloilo Hospital and Medical Center, Inc.
5.	Qualimed Iloilo
6.	St. Paul’s Hospital Iloilo
7.     Asia Pacific Medical Center-Iloilo
