To whom it may concern,
Good day.
I am having issues generating my Vaxcertificate thru the system its because that my first dose was conducted outside the country and it was not reflected in the selection tab menu "Municipality/City of Vaccination".
Kindly advise how to access this matter.
I understand that you are likely experiencing a high volume of requests, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide in a timely manner. Please let me know if there is any additional information I need to provide associated with this request.

You asked for Vaccination Certificate System Issue.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 


Since your were not vaccinated in the Philippines for  your first dose, Unfortunately, the vaccination records may not be accessible by the central database which holds the data of recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine from the Philippines. Kindly request for proof of vaccination (i.e. vaccination card/vaccination certificate) from the country where you received your primary dose series, provided it has all the necessary information (personal details and vaccination details)

Your right to request a review
