Hi! I would like to request an updated vaccine certificate. I have an upcoming travel overseas this November and I have already requested through vaxcert ph a week ago, but I didn't receive any reply or update. I also tried calling their hotline and email, to no avail. I hope you could help.

This is my information as well as vaccination dates.
