Hi! Need your urgent assistance please. I would like to follow-up my request to CANCEL my vaxcert update request because I need to print my existing vaxcert immediately for my Travel abroad...I'm really hoping that you could help me..

Your FOI request is approved. 
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 162 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435 for the cancellation of your VaxCert request so you can print it now. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
