Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that DOH does not collect the data being requested. Cancer data for cervical cancer is included at the FHSIS Annual report at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. The 2019 FHSIS report is the latest data. 

We suggest you coordinate directly with the hospitals for this request.
