I am Jannel, 5th year architecture student and working on my thesis.

According to NCMH I should write a request here since it is the  most formal way of requesting data.

1.CALABARZON Mood Disorder Cases (2018-2022)
2. CALABARZON Depressive/Depression cases (2018-2022)
3. List of Cavite Mood Disorder Cases 2018-2022 (Inpatient and Outpatient)
4. Cavite Depressive/Depression cases (2018-2022) 
(Inpatient and Outpatient) 
(And if ever you have the age group of each cases)
5. List of total number and types of mental illnesses (inpatient and outpatient) that NCMH caters from Cavite.
