The provided information concludes that there are excess deaths and ONLY considers data until 2021 (which is not complete yet).
The statement was a definite statement that "there have been NO excess deaths for the entire pandemic".
It is concerning that a USec of your department is making statements like this without a proper scientific basis. There should be consequences because he is allegedly lying.
