Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that DOH do not issue an endorsement certificate indicating their approval/support to proposed architectural thesis. We believe that we are in no position to approve/endorse your thesis proposal since this is an academic undertaking and such approval and assessment should be in the purview of your institution.
