Hi! I would like to request for information
regarding a the information of St. Paul
Hospital of Tugegarao Philippines specifically 1) Their general information which includes their achivements and issues 2) The number of each personnel in each specific field (permanent item personnel, doctors, dentists, medical technologists and laboratory technicians, nurses, nutrionist and midwives. 3)The illustration of their administrative set up

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the requested data as  St. Paul
Hospital of Tuguegarao Philippines as this is not a DOH Hospital. Refer to the list of DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory
