HI! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Top 10 prevailing health/wellness conditions in Naga City, Camarines Sur, from year 2018-2023
2. Statistics of Obesity in Naga City from year 2018-2023, if available.
3. Percentages of health/wellness condition, if available
4. Information on age groups and demographics most affected by these conditions.
5. Any available data on the current resources/ facilities in the city that addresses these health conditions.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office 5 does not have custody of the data you are requesting. We ask that you coordinate with the Naga City Health Office under the Naga City LGU at https://www2.naga.gov.ph/office-service/city-health-office/ for this data request
