You asked for List of Licensed Institutions with Mammography in Region VIII.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office 8 does not gather this information. The DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList contains a master list of health facilities in the Philippines, however, we do not gather this specific information on the List of Licensed Institutions with Mammography in Region VIII
