I would like to request for Health Statistics on the following (Coverage is FY 2020 to FY 2022):
1. Birth, Birth Registration, Crude Birth Rate
2. Fertility, Fertility Rate
3. Death, Death Registration, Crude Death Rate
4. Mortality, Neonatal Mortality Rate, Infant Mortality Rate, Maternal Mortality Rate
5. Morbidity Rate by Leading Causes
