Hi, I would like to request the following from Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium:

1) 2022 Annual Hospital Statistical Report of DJNRMHS
2) Number of inpatients and outpatients using the facilities of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department including the type of their disability, frequency, referral rate
3) Number of patients admitted to the Female Service Ward and Charity Pediatrics Ward including the duration of stay, referral rate
4) Number of patients availing the services of the Medical Social Service Unit
