While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide the data requested since we only receive a consolidated provincial report from the province. However, you may address your letter to the City Health Office of San Fernando City, La Union or the Provincial Health Office of La Union.
