You asked for Causes of Maternity mortality and morbidity in Philippines.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret to inform you that the leading causes of maternal morbidity are not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). However, we are sending the latest 2015-2021 leading causes of maternal mortality from the Philippine Health Statistics (PHS). We suggest that the 2022-2023 mortality data be requested from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), which is the primary source of registered deaths.
