2. Documents reflecting all confirmed cases of young people 16 years of age through 18 years of age, without a pre-existing health condition, dying of COVID-19.

Our response to your request is due on Nov 30, 2023 08:54:39 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because we are still awaiting for the response of DOH Epidemiology Bureau on the matter. We are conducting a follow up
