While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the information. We recommend coordinating directly with the Local Government Units of Quezon City and Valenzuela for the list of prevalent and most common skin diseases.
