Thank you for your request dated January 11, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request 

You asked for Health Facility Development Plan 2017-2022

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. Please be informed that the DOH Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) is revising the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan (PHFDP) with the assistance of Asian Development Bank (ADB). The revised PHFDP is expected to be completed in April 2020.

The Department of Health has drafted the Resource Stratified Framework and conducted Service Capability Mapping (SCM) for development of Trauma and Psychiatric Centers in DOH Hospitals across the country. The plan is still subject for approval of Executive Committee, and shall be included in the PHFDP. Once approved it shall serve as basis investment for planning.
