While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

please be informed that the DOH Administrative Service - Personnel Administration Division has no 201 file of Sec. Duque since he is appointed by the President of the Republic of Philippines. His SALN is directly submitted to the Office of the President. Thank you.
