Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that Please be informed that the data being requested is not available at the Regional level. The LGU consolidates the data from all its barangays/health centers and then forwards the consolidated report to the Regional Office, hence the regional database on Non-Communicable Diseases reflects the LGU consolidated data only.
