As we have mentioned on your previous eFOI Request,  visit the FHSIS Annual Reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials for data on diabetes

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as our latest diabetes data is the 2022 FHSIS Annual Report
