Hi I would like to request for a dataset (raw data) on the number of children who received flu shots in both private and public schools in the country. I would like to have data based on their:

1. age
2. sex
2. grade level
3. classification of school (private or public)
4. region

You asked for The number of children who received flu shots in private and public schools in PH.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Based on the information from the DOH National Immunization Program, this data is handled on the LGU where the vaccination took place. We request you coordinate with the LGU for this request and we suggest you limit your study on a specific locality
