Good afternoon! I would like to request for the following

1. The number of cases of waterborne diseases in the Districts of the City of Manila 2010 up to 2023
2. The number of cases of waterborne disease, specifically in District V (five) in 2010 to 2023

You asked for The number of waterborne diseases in the Districts of Manila 2010-2023.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact  the Manila Health Department of Manila LGU .

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
