Greetings! We, the 3rd year Bachelor of Science in Nursing Students of Butuan Doctors’ College, are conducting a research study entitled “Acceptability of COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Doses among the residents of Purok-15, Phase 1, Emily Homes Libertad, Butuan City”, in fulfillment for the course Nursing Care Management 111 for the First Semester.
 
We would like to inquire for the total percentage (%) of the COVID-19 Booster Dose rollout of Purok 15, Phase 1, Emily Home, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City categorized into by age; 20-30 years old, 30-40 years old, 40-50 years old, and 50-60 years old.
