I would like the ff data for Metro Davao Medical :

-Annual number of laboratory and diagnostic tests conducted segregated by category e.g. Autopsy, Clinical Chemistry & all other available categories.
-Annual number of medical imaging processes conducted by category , e.g. Angiography, CT Scan and all other available categories.  
-Annual number of major and minor operations performed, segregated by type , e.g. Adhesiolysis, Amputation, and all other operations. 
-Annual number of morbidity cases, segregated by type/cause for all cases

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Metro Davao Medical and Research Center, Inc. is not a DOH Hospital. This is a private hospital and not under the jurisdiction of DOH. Kindly refer to the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory
