Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Metro Davao Medical and Research Center, Inc. is not a DOH Hospital. This is a private hospital and not under the jurisdiction of DOH. Kindly refer to the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory We suggest you coordinate with the Metro Davao Medical and Research Center, Inc. for this request.
