Your FOI request is approved.

As we have mentioned on your previous eFOI Request, we only have data on skin diseases found in the FHSIS Annual reports at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have data on dermatological cases and data on hair and nails in the FHSIS. 

For Local Ordinances stating the establishment of Dermatology Care Center , we ask that you directly coordinate with the LGU for this request
