Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We do not collect data on Juvenile Rehabilitation Center. However, you may visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau website at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph for the accreditation requirements and list of DOH accredited health facilities including rehabilitation centers.
