Hi good evening,i lost my vaccine card last 2022 because of an incident that happens to me. The two guy holdup me at the Marikina and they get all of my things including my wallet 😔
I just want to check my info or get an another certificate or any proof that i finish my vaccine because i need this to my work now 😊
