Good day! I would like to request for the following information if possible to be used for my thesis entitled "Dengue Diagnosis using Deep Belief Networks Enabled with Cuckoo Search Algorithm." This research project would only be feasible using large datasets from dengue patients.

If possible, I would like to request the following data for the past year:

1.Date of admission and discharge of dengue patients.
Age and gender of each patient.
2.Diagnostic test results, including laboratory reports (such as symptoms, blood results, etc.).

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have these specific data on the dengue patient dataset. We also would like to add that we can disclose this specific dataset as this is sensitive personal information covered under the Data Privacy Act
