Request for formation of Peer Review Committee to review my xray test result and to confirm the Fit-to-Work Medical Certificate issued to me by Lung Center. Despite the issued certificate my agency clinic St. Peter-Paul Medical Clinic refused to accept it and gave me unfit-to-work findings. I submit formal letter to Dr. Joseph L.Z. Obusan, Lung Center Radiology Dept. as per response on my previous request with Tracking # LCP-280665660635 but they told me that they are no longer creating the Peer Review Committee which is in contrary to DOH AO-2013-0006 Specific Guidelines.
