I am writing to request access to data on the morbidity and mortality rates of diabetes in the province of Cavite. I would be grateful if you could provide the following data, disaggregated by municipality:

1) Annual morbidity rates for diabetes, preferably separated by type 1 and type 2 diabetes, for the period 2014-2023.
2) Annual mortality rates for diabetes, also separated by type 1 and type 2, for the same period.
3) The latest available morbidity and mortality rate (both overall and type-specific) for each municipality as of 2023.
