Good day!

I am, Danielle Mae B. Salingay, 5th year architecture student in the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) of Cagayan de Oro City. I am working on my thesis proposal regarding in the Northern Mindanao Prosthetics and Orthotics Center.

I humbly ask for a request from your good office to be able to have a list of demographics data specifically: Population according to disability classification in Northern Mindanao, age, gender and income and some important information.

Your kind assistance will be a great help in the completion of my course requirement.
