Hello maam/sir.
         
        I would like to request an update about my booster shot which is pfizer bivalent if it is available in vaxcertph.They said that pfizer bivalent has a different certificate than the old pfizer vaccine.I already ask the lgu about it and that what they said.I badly needed my vaccine certificate for my medical because I am an ofw.I hope you can response to my request immediately.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 171 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
