Please be informed that for the for the First item of your request, we will endorse this to DOH-EPIDEMIOLOGY BUREAU while on the second item, we can only refer these request to DOH Hospitals in Davao Region, such as Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), Davao Regional Medical Center and Davao Occidental General Hospital.
