You may visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-health-facilities/ for the list of DOH-licensed health facilities, including Laboratories for Drinking Water Analysis (LDWA).
