Good day! My name is Iris Jane Mangente, a 5th-year BS Architecture student at Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao. I am writing to request your kind authorization for me to conduct an ocular visit to the Palliative Care Unit and Children’s Cancer and Blood Disease Unit at the Southern Philippine Medical Center in Davao City.
As part of my academic requirements, I am currently undertaking a research project titled "Incorporating Cross-Modal Design in Hospice Care: Facilitating Equanimity and Inclusivity for Hospice Patients and Their Families."

The grant of her request will be subject to the approval of the our Medical Center Chief Dr. Ricardo Audan and our hospice/palliative care unit.
