Good day. I'm Gigi Ignacio, healthcare worker of La Consolation University General Hospital. I would like to follow up on my compensation claim for having tested positive for COVID-19 last January 2, 2022.I submitted my documents for claim last September 6, 2022 at DOH Pampanga and until now haven't receive my benefit. Thank you very much hope to hear from you soon.
