I would like to request for the following information:

1. Statistics Data on Mental Illness/Disorder cases in each CITY/MUNICIPALITY IN NCR, from Year 2019 to 2022

- What Gender and their Age
- How many percent of the total number of persons with disability with mental health (depression)?

2. Number of Mental Illness/Disorder cases in Quezon City.

You asked for Statistical data on Mental Illness/Disorder in each city/municipality in NCR.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the METRO MANILA CHD does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the specific Hospitals, Quezon City and/or LGUs, then resubmit your request addressed to the correct office.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
