The attached file just a reference or sample. I will use the data based on what you will give me. Please send me the csv file. Not the total population. You had sent me a reply but it was on a pdf form, what i need is the csv. Also, please include a healthy group.

We are sending you the 2023 partial data on Type 2 DM available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). Data for the previous years are also available at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. (FHSIS Annual Report > Non-Communicable Diseases). However, the following requests are not available in the FHSIS DM:
