While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the said request is not available in the Epidemiology Bureau-Field Health Services Information System (EB-FHSIS). All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

We suggest you also coordinate with the Philippine Statistics Authority at http://psa.gov.ph for this information
