I refer to my letter of Sep 27, 2023 07:05:05 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Patients of Antipolo.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. First, we inform you that this data on inpatient, outpatient and emergency patients is handled by each hospitals. We currently do not have a DOH Hospital in Antipolo, Rizal and we can only provide data from DOH Hospitals only. so, here's the list of DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

Dear Romelyn,

I refer to my letter of Sep 27, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Inpatient, Outpatient and Emergency Patients of Antipolo. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 20, 2023.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review
