To whom it may concern,

Good day to you. I hope this email finds you well.

Two doctors (Dr. Aliwalas and Dr. Galutira) are not accepting PDC and Promissory Note at Medical Center Taguig and demanding to be paid in full before they can get the bill running for the baby to be discharged.

Email has also been sent to hfsrb@doh.gov.ph for the complete details.
