Your FOI request is approved. 

Visit the FHSIS Annual Reports and Philippine Health Statistics (PHS) for the data on morbidity and mortality cases in the Philippines posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have outpatient illness and our data is classified per diseases. We ask that you send another eFOI request and specify the outpatient illness data that you need for your thesis
