Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the scoring of One CoViD Allowance.

Our malasakit center staffs are scored with 5. However, social workers and malasakit center staff from different regions have told us that their scores are 8.

Can we also avail the 8 scoring here in Caraga? May this query be given regard. Thank you!

1. What is the hospital/health facility that you worked for and what is your position and nature of your work?
2. What is the position and nature of work of the Malasakit Center staff whom you are referring to?

We need to clarify this first before we refer this inquiry to the DOH Malasakit Program Office for action
