Hi! i would like to request for assistance from your good office to allow me to acquire essential information and data of the following

1.Total number of patients with heart disease in Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), both adult and children from year 2015 up to recent.
2.Total number of heart patients in Cardiac Rehabilitation in Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), both adult and children from year 2015 up to recent.
2. Rate of admission of heart patients in Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC).
