1. Cebu Occidental General Hospital
2. Christ the Healer Hospital
3. Cabuyao City Hospital
4. Bagong Cainta Municipal Hospital

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that DOH is not authorized to disclose the floor plan of the hospitals you requested. We ask that you directly coordinate with these hospitals to secure their consent in disclosing their hospital floor plans
