March 20, 2020 Dear Majerlee Manatad, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 16, 2020 02:32:32 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for THESIS DATA GATHERING. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. The National Mental Health Program currently does not have ANY OFFICIAL data on the statistics on mental health disorders in our country in all its aspects, including Schizophrenia . The program is currently developing a registry and information system to gather these information. We hope they can await as the department, more specifically, the program strives to address their concerns and strengthen mental health in our country. We are only able to provide the list of Accredited Psychiatric Facilities in the Philippines.
