To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services provided by Sorsogon Provincial Hospital, specifically during my recent visits on Sunday, January 21, and Monday, January 22.

On Sunday, my mother's check-up turned into a frustrating ordeal as we were made to wait for five hours without receiving the necessary X-ray, which was initially promised. The situation became intolerable, leading us to withdraw her from the hospital without any resolution
