Hi! I'm Maika Factor, a 5th year BS- Architecture student working on my thesis of a regional heart specialized hospital in CALABARZON. In line with this, I would like to request information on the following:

1. Number Cardio related disease patients in CALABARZON per city / province.
2. Number of inpatients in CALABARZON per city / province.
3. Number of outpatients in CALABARZON per city / province.
4. Morbidity case for the last 5 years in Philippines per region and city
5. Mortality rate in the last 5 years in Philippines per region and city
