Good Evening Maam/Sir, hoping for a good day today! I, as the group representative humbly asking for your help as soon as possible to request for information regarding:

1) Number of Patients served per week in Chong Hua Mandaue Hospital

2) Number of Patients served per week in UCMed Hospital in Mandaue City, Cebu

3) Number of Patients served per week in Hospitals in Cebu and Mandaue City caused by road accidents

I refer to my letter of Mar 03, 2023 07:58:30 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Patients served per week in Chong Hua Mandaue Hospital.

We do not have custody of data on the Patients served per week in Chong Hua Mandaue Hospital and UCMed Hospital as these are private hospitals, we suggest you to directly coordinate with these hospitals.
 
For the request on Number of Patients served per week in Hospitals in Cebu and Mandaue City caused by road accidents, we can only provide data from DOH Hospitals. Refer to the DOH Hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory. Which DOH Hospitals do we refer your request?
